Liam Goddard is an experienced operations professional and leader in the luxury senior living sector, with over a decade of experience.  His career journey began with a focus on health and wellness for active adults, a path shaped profoundly by his academic pursuits. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a Master’s degree in Kinesiology,  he has developed a holistic view of retirement and senior living, centered on the belief that this chapter of life should be vibrant, filled with opportunities for learning, exploration, and active living. Fueling his passion for leadership,  Liam  furthered his education with a Master’s degree in Business Administration.  

Beyond Liam’s professional endeavors, Liam is a devoted family man, cherishing his role as a father to two wonderful daughters, aged 4 and 5.  As a family they spent the majority of their lives living and working in south Florida on the Gulf Coast. They have now lived in North Carolina for 2 years and have loved every minute of it.

Liam is dedicated to enriching the lives of our residents.  His approach is deeply rooted in a people-first mindset, focusing on enhancing resident experiences, forging lasting relationships, and fostering a positive and inclusive community culture.  Liam’s leadership is characterized by a unique blend of empathy, innovation, and strategic thinking.  Welcome to the team Liam we are lucky to have you!
